As you may or may not know, Juday Creek Estates Homeowner’s Association is run by your fellow neighbors. The roles your neighbors play in our little association are done by 100% donated time and energy. These are volunteers that care about our neighborhood. As we have prided ourselves on keeping the HOA dues at a minimum and not increasing drastically or often we still frequently find the funds in a deficit for our normal & customary needs as a neighborhood. If you feel so inclined to give an extra donation to your Juday Creek Association to help cover the costs, your help is greatly appreciated.
